Nobody has the power to control your thoughts without your consent.
I hope that after I am vapor, my children will not mindlessly follow any societal norms or truths imposed upon them.
It is essential to have faith in something - whether God, Buddhism, Earth, unbiased science, maths,
the universe, art, poetry, or philosophy - but it is best to avoid politics in those disciplines.
It's essential to stay out of all politics and not trust anyone who craves power.
Be courageous and stay true to yourself.

If a human is screaming, demanding, or gently trying to steer "YOU" in any way,
always be suspicious, always ask why in many different ways, and look for holes in their self-imposed ideologies.

Always look at the world as a whole and stay aware of what's happening in all nations.
Things can quickly become your problem, so being prepared should be your focus.

If you observe long enough, you can see how humans destroy each other with ego.
Sometimes, it's best not to respond to everything. You'd be surprised how many things settle themselves.
It's important to kill your ego (ego detaches humans from current perceived reality).
Always remain humble, even though many may view this as a weakness.
It's also equally important to learn a fighting style and stay in shape to live longer and
defend yourself against the never-ending bullies of the world, future pandemics, civil unrest, and war.
Remember to travel lightly and have zero attachment to material possessions.
Possessions can all be replaced or sold.
It's not the end of the world if you lose something or everything simultaneously.
I have personally lost all my possessions over five times in my life.
No possession is worth a loved one.
I came across a quote by Harold Coffin that says,
"Envy is the art of counting other people's blessings instead of your own."
This aligns with my belief that we should always be grateful for what we do have.
NEVER feel sorry for yourself.
You will never find a solution for your problems in this state of mind.
Knowing this state of accepting you are a chronic victim is also the cause of almost ALL drug and alcohol-related abuse and deaths.
Drugs and alcohol steal your solutions and your hope!
Your mind and judgments are always cloudy, with negative thoughts wrapped up nicely with paranoia.
Know that any random human may have far deeper troubles than you at any given moment.
Opinions are subjective and can be influenced by personal biases and experiences.
Different types of knowledge have different levels of objectivity and subjectivity.
Society's beliefs, values, and norms can also influence what is considered acceptable, right or wrong, or true or false.

Material possessions are just that.
Stay sober and clean.
If possible, never drink alcohol at all;
it has the same evil control as heroin.
I am not talking about people capable of a glass of beer or wine on a holiday.
Be passionate and learn something daily.
Learn how to have fun daily.
Learn how to be happy when reality can be a total sad disaster...
You should never compare yourself with other humans unless you are trying to be them.
Every person's momentum is different in each other's lives and perceived universe.
And that world of interesting chaos is called Earth.
